Excavator operator

Emerald Drainage Limited – Auckland, North Island We’re looking to welcome a Civil/Drainage excavator operator into our 2026 Emerald Drainage & Civil team - someone confident diggers ranging 5 - 30t and has experience working in civil construction, preferably drainage. We are looking for decent speed and solid and safe communication with the team on the ground. Our ideal operator is willing to jump out and help the team if really needed. We’re a very hands-on, supportive crew who take pride in what we do - from subdivisions to major infrastructure and airport works. Our focus is on doing things properly and delivering jobs we can all be proud of. If you’re an operator who values good people, good gear, and steady work, we’d love to chat.
