Based at our Christchurch Factory,you will be finding, sorting and loading glass in a safe and efficient manner.This is on our afternoon shift: 2.30pm - 11.00pm, Sunday - Thursday. What you're there to do: Find, sort and load glass according to the agreed safety and quality standards provided Organise the safe return and storage of glass and trolleys Co-ordinate deliveries with drivers where necessary Perform quality checks to ensure glass meets company standards before dispatch Skills & experience you'll bring: Strong commitment to health and safety Physically fit and capable of safely performing frequent glass lifting and manual handling tasks Minimum of 3 month's plus experience in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre environment Previous experience handling glass or fragile product is highly advantageous Forklift driving licence Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative team focused approach Viridian has a strong commitment to workplace, health and safety and the well-being of our people.
