Senior Analytics Partner – Business Products and Payments This is a highly visible leadership role in our Product Sustainability and Marketing Analytics team, supporting Westpac's Business Products and Payments portfolio. You will partner with senior business leaders to translate strategic priorities into clear analytics problems, actionableinsightsand measurable commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities include: Strengthen portfolio performance across business lending, deposits, workingcapitaland payments Use insights toidentifygrowth opportunities, improve customeroutcomesand support confident senior decision-making Balance profitability,riskand customer value to help shape smarter banking outcomes Build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders, influencing confidently and challenging constructively Leadprioritisationacross the portfolio and develop consistent measurement frameworks Embed strong governance and control practices while coaching a high-performing analytics team Nātāurourou| What will you bring?
