Farm Manager | Scenic Hokitika | Competitive Salary + 3-BR Accommodation We’re looking for an experienced Farm Manager with at least 3+ years of ideally New Zealand dairy experience to lead a 550 cow farm in the Kokatahi area. The farm is situated just 20 minutes outside of Hokitika, milking through a 48 Bail Rotary shed. Key Responsibilities You’ll oversee all aspects of farm performance, including: Milking and shed management Animal husbandry and production Animal health monitoring, management, and treatment Pasture and fodder management Breeding, calving, and calf rearing Machinery and equipment maintenance Contractor coordination and management Compliance with regulatory standards Staff supervision and training General farm duties as required Hours and Conditions You’ll work between 45–60 hours per week , depending on the season. Overtime beyond the maximum agreed hours will be paid at an overtime rate .
