About the Position We’re looking for a Workshop Technician to keep our workshop and customer/dealer bikes running smoothly and ensure bikes, service and repairs are done to a high standard in a timely manner! This is conducted in our workshop and ‘on‑site’ at customer/service agent facilities. In this hands‑on role, you’ll manage day‑to‑day service, repairs, inventory transactions, and dealer support. You’ll need to be confident with fault finding, mechanical service, electrical understanding. Strong communication skills are also key - you’ll be liaising with internal teams and dealers to make sure orders, deliveries, and stock information are accurate and clear. While you’ll handle most daily operations independently, you'll have support and oversight from the technical Service Manager New Zealand. You may at times be called upon to also assist on technician support projects in our Australian subsidiary. We’re looking for someone with experience in mechanical/electrical service and a bonus if you have pick, pack and dispatch experience. We’re looking for someone adaptable who thrives in a hands‑on environment and communicates clearly. Your attention to detail and problem‑solving skills will be key to keeping the workshop running efficiently and ensuring timely deliveries. Assemble bikes to a high standard and complete the relevant documentation required for sale and dispatch. Service and maintain customer/dealer & fleet bikes as specified by the Service Manager. Maintain records of parts and labour hours for the completion of invoices. Provide warranty support for the Customer/Dealer network.
