Marketing Manager

We are currently recruiting for a strategic Marketing Manager role.This full-time position will play a pivotal role in executing the companies brand positioning in the New Zealand market, East Asia and North American markets. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage target markets/audiences, and drive business growth. Role and Responsibilities: Execute brand strategies that align with the companies objectives and market positioning Oversee the development and delivery of marketing campaigns Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for market growth Manage brand guidelines and standards Lead content strategy and creation, to ensure they resonate with target audiences Monitor brand performance through analytics, providing insights to senior leadership Coordinate marketing efforts with internal stakeholders, including business development, operations, and senior management teams Mentor and lead the marketing team Develop and implement digital marketing strategies Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in marketing/brand management role similar strategic marketing role Experienced across New Zealand markets and international exposure across Asian markets Demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive brand strategies Knowledge and experience within the health/wellness sector desirable Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content management systems, and analytics software Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas Creative thinking combined with strong analytical abilities to measure campaign effectiveness Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels of seniority Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilst maintaining attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
