Our clinicians include specialist doctors and a nursing assistant, providing onsite consultations, local anaesthetic procedures (including endoscopy), and major surgery at neighbouring private hospitals. About the role We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, with availability to start immediately. This is a front-facing role suited to someone who enjoys helping people, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a sometimes fast-paced clinical environment. Key responsibilities Welcoming and assisting patients in a warm, confident, and professional manner Managing appointments, clinic schedules, and practitioner workflows Handling phone and email enquiries with clarity and care Processing payments and liaising with ACC, Southern Cross, and other insurers Managing patient registrations and maintaining accurate clinical records Preparing clinics and ensuring practitioners have everything required for each session General reception and administrative duties that support smooth daily operations About you Previous reception or administrative experience (medical administration preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer literacy and organisational capability Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and prioritise effectively High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Hours Mondays: 8.30am - 5.30pm Flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
