Project Coordinator

We are seeking experienced Project Coordinator to join our client's operations team. This is a hands-on role in the business, responsible for coordinating jobs end-to-end. If you enjoy being across the detail, keeping things organised, and supporting field teams to deliver quality work, this role will suit you well. About you Someone who’s organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy, operational environment. You’ll bring: Experience in a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role Strong planning and organisational skills with great attention to detail Confidence managing multiple jobs and priorities at once Clear, practical communication skills A calm, solutions-focused approach Experience in construction, roofing, trades, or a similar project-based environment will be highly advantage! As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between clients, crews, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Managing incoming client enquiries and setting up new jobs Preparing job packs, including scope, plans, and site requirements Scheduling crews, subcontractors, and resources Coordinating materials, suppliers, and purchase orders Tracking job progress and keeping systems up to date Acting as the main point of contact for clients during delivery Ensuring health & safety, QA, and compliance documentation is completed Managing job close-out and completion documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
