Business Lending Support Administrator

We're looking for an experienced Lending Support professional to join our growing team. This is a role where you'll be involved throughout the lending journey, working closely with lenders, brokers, solicitors and customers to ensure transactions progress smoothly from approval through to settlement and beyond. What you'll be doing Supporting lenders throughout the loan lifecycle Preparing loan and security documentation Managing documentation through to settlement readiness Liaising with brokers, solicitors, customers and internal teams Ensuring AML, CDD and other compliance requirements are completed Following up outstanding conditions and documentation Handling customer enquiries and after settlement requests Processing loan maintenance tasks including direct debit amendments and account adjustments Monitoring accounts and following up with customers where required Providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders About you You'll already have experience in a lending support, lending administration or loan servicing environment and be confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. We're looking for someone who brings: Experience within lending support, loan administration or financial services Strong documentation and administrative skills Knowledge of AML and customer due diligence requirements A good understanding of business structures such as companies, trusts and partnerships Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability The confidence to work autonomously while supporting a wider team A customer focused approach and a willingness to get stuck in Commercial lending experience would be advantageous, however we are also open to candidates from residential, consumer or asset finance backgrounds who are looking to broaden their experience.
