Marquee Installer & Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities Install and dismantle marquees safely and efficiently. Read site plans and follow installation instructions. Ensure marquees are clean, secure and presented to a high standard. Work in varying weather conditions while maintaining safe work practices. Delivery & Collections Deliver and collect hire equipment throughout the region. Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently. Equipment Maintenance Clean, inspect and maintain marquees and hire equipment. Report damaged or missing equipment. Carry out minor repairs where appropriate. Help maintain stock and equipment readiness. Yard & Warehouse Keep the workshop and yard clean, tidy and organised. Assist with stock organisation. Prepare equipment for upcoming hires. Maintain vehicles and equipment to company standards. Customer Service Represent the business professionally at all times. Communicate politely and effectively with customers. Resolve minor issues on-site where possible. Treat customers’ property with care and respect. Health & Safety Follow all company Health & Safety policies. Use equipment safely and wear required PPE. Identify hazards and report incidents promptly. Assist in creating a safe workplace for yourself, your team and customers. Skills & Experience Preferred: Good level of physical fitness. Experience in labour and events. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual. Strong problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided. Required: Full Class 1 driver’s licence (Class 2 an advantage).
