Vet Nurse | Whangaparaoa Vet Clinic

Would you like to work at a great clinic surrounded by some of Auckland's best beaches? Whangaparaoa Veterinary Centre is situated on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast. We are a small animal practice with 4 Vets and 7 Veterinary Nurses. The clinic is well equipped and has a strong focus on excellent patient care and customer service. With one of our lovely Vet Nurses off on extended leave, we have an opportunity for a full-time Vet Nurse to join us on a 10-month fixed term contract. This role will cover 35-40 hours per week working Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays. We can offer an interesting and varied role where our Nurses are encouraged to use their existing professional skills and focus on further development. Our Nurses are involved with all aspects of nursing including venipuncture, catheter placement, anaesthetic inductions and monitoring, dental scaling and polishing, diagnostics and nurse consultations.
