What you'll be doing Picking and packing pharmaceutical products accurately according to customer orders and specifications Receiving and checking incoming stock for accuracy and quality Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations using proper storage systems Scanning and labelling items to maintain accurate inventory records Preparing packages for dispatch, ensuring items are securely wrapped and labelled correctly Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Following health and safety procedures and company policies at all times Assisting with stock counts and inventory management tasks Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trolleys as required Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations What we're looking for Excellent attention to detail with the ability to pick and pack items accurately Physical capability to lift and carry items regularly (pharmaceutical products typically range from light to moderately heavy) Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warehouse environment Basic numeracy skills for counting and checking stock Reliability and strong punctuality Availability to work Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm and more hours if required. A willingness to follow procedures and instructions carefully Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is desirable but not essential A strong commitment to health and safety Flexibility to adapt to warehouse demands and busy periods What we offer As a growing pharmaceutical distribution company, we value our warehouse team and offer a supportive working environment.
