About the Role We are looking for a friendly andreliable Barista / Front of House Worker to join our team. This role involvespreparing and serving coffee and other beverages to a high standard, providingexcellent customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean andwelcoming cafe environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communicationskills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. About theTeam/Service Location We are a group of 46 individuals with diverse backgrounds, united by ourcommitment to delivering high-quality and delicious meals to our patients,staff, and visitors. Despite our busy workday, we find joy in sharing laughteramongst ourselves. We strongly promote a collaborative team atmosphere. About you To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Excellent customer service and communication skills with apositive, can-do attitude. Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced teamenvironment, multitask efficiently, and perform well under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and committed to fulfilling rostered hourswhile respecting schedules. Physically fit, maintains clean and tidy work habits, and followssafe work practices. Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work collaboratively withstrong time management and organisational skills.
