Customer facing role - Checking in guests, taking bookings and ad hoc reception duties Assist in maintaining accurate records Support the front and back of house teams in a busy regional venue Experience with RMS and Swiftpos highly favourable Do you measure up? Are you a hospitality veteran with at least 2-3 years experience, plus: Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude Have a keen eye with high attention to detail Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
