Location: Greerton, Bay of Plenty Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm – 8:30 pm (40 hours per week) A growing pharmaceutical distribution company are looking for a, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our afternoon warehouse operations in Greerton, Bay of Plenty. This Full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm , is responsible for supervising the warehouse team, ensuring the accurate handling of pharmaceutical products, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead by example, coordinating daily warehouse activities while supporting your team to achieve productivity, accuracy, and service targets. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Warehouse Supervisor (Full Time) What you’ll be doing Supervising and supporting the afternoon warehouse team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved Planning and coordinating picking, packing, receiving, and dispatch activities Ensuring pharmaceutical products are handled, stored, and dispatched in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements Organising Orders from the print room and sorting for the pickers. Monitoring picking and packing accuracy to maintain high customer service standards Training, mentoring, and coaching warehouse team members Conducting daily workflow planning and allocating tasks to maximise efficiency Ensuring warehouse equipment is operated safely and maintained appropriately Promoting and enforcing health and safety policies, safe work practices, and housekeeping standards Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency Working closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations Assisting with warehouse duties as required, including picking, packing, and receiving stock during busy periods What we’re looking for Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Experience with inventory control and warehouse management processes Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sound computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems is desirable A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement A strong commitment to workplace health and safety Physical capability to work in a warehouse environment and assist with operational tasks when required Availability to work Monday to Friday from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm What we offer We recognise that great leaders create great teams.
