Gardener - Team Leader

Queenstown Garden Company is looking for an experienced Garden Team Leader to join our growing team. You’ll lead your own truck and a small team, typically 1–2 gardeners, while caring for some of Queenstown’s most prestigious residential and commercial properties. We’re looking for someone with experience who understands how gardens change through the seasons and can manage them year-round. Someone who knows what needs doing today, but can also think ahead. If you can walk into a garden, recognise what needs attention and take pride in leaving every property looking better than when you arrived, we’d love to hear from you. You'll be supported We trust our Team Leaders do their best work when they can focus on leading their team and creating exceptional gardens. Scheduling, client communication and business operations are all taken care of, while your admin is kept simple with easy daily reporting and invoice drafting through our app. We're looking for someone who has: 2+ years' commercial gardening experience. Experience operating ride-on mowers Confidence using power tools The ability to use a smartphone for simple scheduling, reporting and invoicing. Can lead by example and help develop less experienced gardeners. A reliable, professional attitude and genuine pride in producing high-quality work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
