Site Manager - Services

Stellar Recruitment is partnered with a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering some of Auckland's most complex and technically demanding construction projects. We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong building services background to lead delivery on major healthcare projects. This is not a general Site Manager role. The focus here is heavily services-driven - plumbing, HVAC, piping, and mechanical building services are at the core of what you'll be managing day to day. If your background is in services coordination and delivery on complex commercial or healthcare builds, this is worth a look.
