Consultant - Debt Recovery

Qualifications & experience Are great communicators, both written and verbal Gain fulfilment from working an end to end process Enjoy investigating and researching for successful outcomes Have an eye for detail and a genuine desire to help people Have previous collections and/or customer service experience Understand the need for confidentiality. Tasks & responsibilities Your day will be varied, communicating with our customers using various platforms to handle their queries. You will be empowered to negotiate and establish payment plans; attempt to locate customers we are not currently in contact with and carry out account reviews where needed.
