In this position, you’ll responsible managing field services staff. Managing field services staff to maintain excellent productivity and industrial relations Ensuring that all staff are fully competent in all aspects of field work Ensuring that assigned vehicles, tools and equipment are controlled and maintained to meet company and regulatory requirements Assisting with incident and network fault and failure investigations Understand and comply with all Omexom health and safety policies and procedures Understand and comply with your obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and all associated regulations, standard, and approved codes of practice Comply with any reasonable instruction given to you by Omexom relating to Health and Safety Qualifications and Skills Ability to communicate clearly at all levels Excellent organisational skills Ability to solve problems and make decisions A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements Ability to coach and teach others Ability to write detailed reports Who are we?
