You will be an experienced passionate Chef that enjoys whipping up delicious, quality cooking and designing tasty menus for our residents to savor in a restaurant and café environment. You will be working 40 hours a week over 5 days - Friday to Tuesday from 9.30 am to 6 pm. Days off on Wednesday and Thursday Duties Include: Using your leadership skills to help lead our kitchen team alongside ourFood Services Manager. Whipping up delicious offerings in a restaurant and Caféenvironment Coordinating the kitchen to ensure it operates effortlessly. Maintaining a high standard of food with consistent portion sizes and outstanding presentation. Take responsibility for the overall management of the kitchen in the absence of the Food Services Manager. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in a similar role Commercial kitchen and or café experience preferred. Food industry qualification preferred. Excellent food hygiene practices and personal presentation.
