You will work autonomously while also being part of a supportive and experienced team. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Diagnose faults and carry out servicing and repairs on forklifts and materials handling equipment Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections Travel to customer sites for breakdowns and field service work Maintain accurate service records and documentation Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality standards Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times Skills sought by the employer Relevant automotive trade qualification Previous experience working on forklifts or similar heavy machinery Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Positive attitude and ability to contribute within a team environment Full driver's licence required #J-18808-Ljbffr
