Construction Manager - Residential

You will be joining a talented and fast-growing group and have an opportunity to play a core role in Barrett Homes' continued success. Duties will include, but will not be limited to: Entire project management for residential building Customer liaison and interaction Communications with contractors The ideal candidate will show the following attributes: Experience across residential and light commercial projects Strong knowledge and understanding of the New Zealand Building Code and statutory regulation Precise time management to ensure all required duties are completed efficiently and with accuracy The ability to connect and understand clients’ needs Eye for details and forward thinking Must be a team player with good communication skills and ability to lead and work with others This position will suit someone with a high level of initiative, accountability, and a sense of humour.
