Intermediate Revenue Client Relationship Officer We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our Revenue team as an Intermediate Revenue Client Relationship Officer on a full-time, fixed-term basis until January 2027. Mōtetš 2;rug| About the position As an Intermediate Revenue Client Relationship Officer, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate rates and revenue enquiries with confidence. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll work alongside ratepayers, lawyers, government agencies, and the wider community to provide practical solutions, negotiate payment arrangements, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll also play an important role in maintaining accurate revenue information, supporting legislative compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve our systems and services.
