Digger Operator Wanted Location: Rotorua/ Waikato Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Digger Operator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will operate excavators and other earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently on a variety of rural and farming projects. Key Responsibilities Operate diggers/excavators in a safe and efficient manner. Carry out excavation, trenching, grading, and site preparation work. Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks. Follow site plans and project specifications. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with site supervisors and team members. Requirements Proven experience operating excavators/diggers. Valid operator certification/licence (if required). Good understanding of construction site safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Full driver's licence preferred.
