One NZ in Tauranga is hiring a Retail Lead to inspire our Customer Champions and deliver unforgettable experiences. You’ll report to an Area Lead, coach the team, monitor KPIs, and own the store’s operations. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a rotating 7-day roster, starting at our new Tauranga CBD store mid-September.
