The Opportunity We’ve recently moved into a brand-new facility Giving our team a modern workspace with improved workshop facilities, better equipment, and a great environment to support our continued growth. If you’re an experienced Service Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you. This is a hands‑on field role that involves some overnight travel. The service area covers mostly the Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Northland regions. National travel might also be required for bigger projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and customer interaction, while working with world‑class coffee equipment. Key Responsibilities Commissioning, servicing, and repairing coffee machines and water coolers Running‑up and testing machines before delivery Performing scheduled service visits, preventative maintenance, and machine valet cleans Diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and testing after repair Supporting installations, relocations, and removals Managing spare parts and inventory logistics Building strong relationships with customers and resolving service issues What You’ll Need Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) certification – essential Proven experience in a service technician or electro‑mechanical role (coffee or similar industry experience preferred) Great troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to service Clean NZ driver’s licence NZ residency or citizenship Physically fit and capable of manual lifting Customer‑focused, reliable, and professional with great communication skills Ability to travel and stay overnights on a weekly basis and as required.
