Job Description

Support accurate, timely, and compliant finance operations across accounts, reporting, sustainability, and payroll support We’re looking for a capable and detail-oriented Accounts Administration Partner to join MOVE Investments in New Plymouth. This role is responsible for delivering robust end-to-end support across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, month-end activities, sustainability reporting requirements, and payroll support, while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across finance processes. Reporting to the Accounts & Payroll Manager , you’ll help resolve customer and supplier queries, complete reconciliations and reporting tasks, support payroll activities as needed, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen finance operations and controls. This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple finance processes, building strong internal and external relationships, and delivering high-quality support in a busy and collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include: Processing weekly and monthly supplier payments and invoices as required Managing overdue debt follow-up with key and material customers Assisting with supplier and customer queries and resolving issues efficiently Completing monthly supplier and customer statement reconciliations Collating and uploading accrual data and sustainability data, including reconciliation support Assisting with the collation and audit of sustainability reporting information Providing reporting and analysis as required while ensuring procedures and controls are followed and kept up to date Providing payroll support as required, including maintaining payroll records, assisting with processing, resolving queries, protecting confidentiality, and supporting payroll reporting and improvements About the role: You’ll work closely with the wider finance team and operational departments to support core accounting processes and provide responsive service to internal and external stakeholders. This role suits someone who is organised, adaptable, customer-focused, and confident working to strict deadlines while maintaining a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.
