About the Role As part of our Wellington team, you will: Travel to customer locations to repair and replace automotive glass. Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets industry standards and customer expectations. Follow our industry-leading Health & Safety systems and procedures. Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked mobile service vehicle. Provide outstanding customer service and communicate professionally with customers. Work independently while remaining part of a supportive nationwide team. Participate in ongoing technical and product training to continue developing your skills. We're Looking For Experienced Applicants Previous experience as an Automotive or Mobile Auto Glazier. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A full New Zealand driver's licence. The ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Trainee Applicants Experience isn't essential—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, mechanical aptitude and a genuine desire to build a career. We are looking for people who: Have a genuine passion for vehicles and the automotive industry. Enjoy working with their hands and solving practical problems. Take pride in doing a job properly and aren't afraid of hard work. Are reliable, motivated and committed to building a long-term career. Have mechanical aptitude or experience in the automotive, heavy diesel, engineering, panel or related trades (highly regarded). Hold a full New Zealand driver's licence or are working towards obtaining one.
