Psychology Coordinator

New Zealand Defence Force – Upper Hutt, North Island We are seeking a proactive Psychology Coordinator who is highly organised, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be capable of working autonomously, effectively managing competing priorities, and bringing a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging their experience to identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems, driving greater efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence. Once you have undergone training and are up to speed, there may be an option of working from home up to one day per week. The role is based at Trentham, near the train station and free onsite parking. Excellent communication skill, both written and oral, including sound telephone technique to be directive and set and maintain boundaries is imperative for this role. If you currently hold a security clearance, that would be very advantageous. This role may require occasional domestic travel as you travel with our team for conferences and meetings.
