A collaborative and innovative work environment that fosters professional growth and development Commitment and long term investment in the companies growth Duties Capture and consolidate business requirements from people throughout the business Analyse and validate these requirements against existing business processes and systems Perform gap analysis and design solutions that will deliver the outcomes required. Analyse and document project and business requirement. Translate technical and business terms, ensuring alignment on goals. Required skills Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with experience across Data, Technology, HR and/or Agri Tech desirable. Demonstrated experience in gathering and evaluating business requirements and capabilities. Experience in conducting workshops and facilitating collaborative sessions. Proficiency in Power BI, and SQL, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and reports. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills If you possess a keen analytical mind, a knack for translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between data-driven strategies and financial objectives then this could be the right role for you.
