Production Operator - Softgel Capsule

Purpose The role is responsible Softgel Capsules Machine and Cooking operation, Softgel manufacturing experience is a must requirement. The role also includes, implementing production plans, operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring product quality, manufacturing dairy and nutritional products, and supporting warehouse operations in accordance with company procedures and GMP requirements. Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Perform softgel capsule gelatin cooking, mixing, and preparation processes. Operate and monitor softgel capsule manufacturing equipment. Handle, prepare, and process softgel capsule products. Set up, dismantle, assemble, clean, and sanitize softgel machines and related equipment. Interpret production schedules and prepare equipment for production runs. Conduct pre-production preparations, including raw materials, packaging materials, and production documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met. Operate production equipment to complete various processing stages of raw materials. Monitor equipment performance and conduct in-process quality control checks. Complete accurate production records and documentation (paper-based and electronic). Investigate quality issues and provide recommendations for process improvements. Troubleshoot minor equipment faults and assist the Production Manager with maintenance and repairs. Perform GMP compliance activities within assigned production areas. Carry out production activities strictly in accordance with SOPs and company procedures. Operate equipment to manufacture products that meet quality standards and customer requirements. Perform equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation activities. Conduct basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting. Assist with raw material weighing, loading, blending, mixing, powder handling, and material transfers during production. Support packaging operations and quality control activities. Assist with warehouse operations, inventory handling, and stock movement as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment. Qualifications & Experience Essential Requirements Proven experience in softgel capsule gelatin cooking and mixing . Proven experience operating softgel capsule manufacturing machines . Experience in a food, dairy, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplement manufacturing environment. Ability to follow SOPs, GMP requirements, and quality standards. Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and adjustments. Physically fit and capable of handling raw materials and production-related tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety. Preferred Experience in dairy powder, nutritional powder, or supplement manufacturing.
