As we continue to grow, we're investing in our people, our systems and our future. The Opportunity This is a new role reporting directly to the business owner. Initially you will be working with the owner developing a framework to provide operational leadership across the business, strengthen client relationships, improve systems and processes, mentor our team and help drive continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across multiple projects. Improve systems, workflows and operational efficiency. Build strong relationships with existing and new builders, developers and clients to increase sales. Support estimating, scheduling and resource planning. Lead, mentor and develop staff and subcontractors. Maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer service. Develop and introduce new services. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with H&S requirements. Help shape the future direction of the business. About You Experienced operational or senior leader. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Commercially astute with strong organisational ability. Passionate about leading people and continuous improvement.
