Company Website: www.nzagedcare.co.nz As the Village Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the village, ensuring residents receive exceptional service while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and vibrant community. Key responsibilities include: Drive villa sales by managing the full sales process from initial enquiry to settlement, building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, conducting village tours, and achieving occupancy and sales targets. Lead the day-to-day management and smooth running of the village. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and resident-focused environment across village operations. Build strong relationships with residents, whānau, care home teams, village staff, contractors, and external stakeholders. Oversee village administration, resident communication, reporting, compliance, and operational processes. Coordinate maintenance, contractors, health and safety, and work collaboratively with care home and village leadership teams. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in retirement living, real estate, or a customer-focused industry. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Good understanding of resident services, operational coordination, compliance, and health and safety. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
