About the Role As Graphic Designer, you'll support both Adept Ltd and Adept Medical, creating high-quality visual communication across our manufacturing and medical technology businesses. One day you might be developing product literature for a medical device used in hospitals around the world. The next you could be producing marketing material for our advanced manufacturing capabilities, photographing new products, updating digital content, creating exhibition graphics, or developing videos for product launches. Your work will include: Product documentation, including Instructions for Use (IFUs) Product brochures and technical literature Brand and marketing collateral Website content and digital communications Product photography and image editing Instructional and promotional video content Exhibition and sales support material Internal communications and visual content Ongoing maintenance and improvement of product information across multiple platforms A large part of the role involves maintaining and improving existing product content, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and consistent across formats. You'll also help improve how information is organised, presented and managed, ensuring our communications remain clear, consistent and aligned across both businesses. As the role evolves, there will be opportunities to develop skills in areas such as 3D visualisation, animation, digital marketing and emerging content technologies. About You You're a designer who enjoys solving problems through communication. You combine creativity with attention to detail and enjoy producing work that's both visually engaging and genuinely useful. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy learning about technical products, and take satisfaction in making complex information simple and accessible. Most importantly, you want your work to have purpose. What You'll Bring Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience creating both print and digital communication. Comfortable capturing basic product photography and video as part of day-to-day work Ability to produce and edit simple video content (Premiere Pro or similar). Experience maintaining website content using a CMS. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across different teams. Interest in technical products, manufacturing or medical technology. New Zealand residency or unrestricted working rights. Experience with 3D visualisation or rendering software would be an advantage but isn't essential.
