This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating people, programmes and resources to deliver commercial flooring projects safely, efficiently and on schedule, primarily throughout the Auckland region. Role Description Lead the delivery of commercial flooring projects by managing installers, subcontractors, resources, client relationships and project programmes while ensuring quality, safety and on-time completion. Responsibilities Will Include: Schedule installers, subcontractors and daily labour resources Coordinate materials, equipment and site deliveries Monitor project progress, productivity and quality standards Liaise with clients, suppliers and site managers to resolve issues Support Health & Safety compliance and successful project delivery This Role Will Suit Someone With: Experience managing commercial construction or flooring projects Strong leadership of installers, subcontractors and site teams Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to read construction plans, specifications and programmes Trade experience in flooring, tiling or waterproofing highly regarded About the Company This well-established commercial flooring contractor has been operating for over 20 years and has built a strong reputation for delivering quality flooring, tiling, waterproofing, concrete preparation and specialist flooring projects.
