You’ll be contributing to the smooth operation and overall sales performance of our Petone branch, ensuring that the customer receives an exceptional experience through your knowledge, passion and commitment to providing the best health and safety solutions every time. This role could suit a parent with school-age children, or someone returning to the workplace with some flexibility on hours. Responsibilities Retail sales through counter, phone and email including distribution of product to customer Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers including account customers Resolve any customer problems or complaints following correct processes Inventory control including coordination and maintenance of branch stock levels Maintain accurate accounts sales records and supplier information using company systems About You Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in point-of-sale software packages Demonstrated ability to communicate with others at all levels Detail-oriented focus and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities Proven ability to work collaboratively with others Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Applications close on 13 August 2026. #J-18808-Ljbffr
