The Freedom Way This role will help launch a new Lifestyle Village in the Wairarapa! Freedom Lifestyle Villages creates modern secure and community focused neighbourhoods for over 50s who want to live independently with more time for the things they love. We build quality designer homes alongside welcoming village communities supported by a fair and transparent lifestyle model. The Opportunity As a Lifestyle Consultant you will help establish the resident experience from day one. You will guide customers through the full sales journey manage enquiries and documentation in HubSpot and build local relationships that support a successful village launch. Local knowledge of Masterton and surrounding areas is an advantage. What You Will Do Build trusted relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Understand individual customer needs and provide clear accurate guidance. Follow a structured sales process including documentation and compliance. Present our homes lifestyle model and pricing clearly and professionally. Achieve agreed sales and performance targets with discipline and care. What You’ll Bring Highly motivated individual with proven experience in sales or competitive working environments (property advantageous). Motivated by and confidence working to company KPIs and monthly targets. Empathetic communication style with strong relationship skills. Professional presentation and a customer first mindset.
