Cross-check the authenticity of awarding institutions and supporting documents. Manage and track verification-related email correspondence with students and institutions. Follow up on incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent documentation. Maintain proper audit trails and documentation records to ensure compliance. Support examination results processing, including administrative checks for accuracy and completeness. Provide on-site support during student registration, including physical document verification and identity checks. Assist with registration desk operations and queue management. Provide administrative support for commencement, orientation, and other academic events. Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned to ensure continuity of operations during peak periods. Qualifications Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent, preferably with prior experience in administrative or operations support. At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative, education, or operations support role. Familiarity with handling documentation, data checks, and process-driven tasks. Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive work with accuracy and attention to detail. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
