The Opportunity - Senior Systems Consultant We are seeking a capable and customer-focused Systems Consultant to deliver Microsoft-based modern workplace solutions, primarily for professional services clients. The role focuses on implementing, supporting, and improving client environments. Join a collaborative, no-ego team that values technical excellence and practical outcomes. What You Will Do Design and deliver complex Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions end-to-end. Provide consulting, vCIO/vCISO advisory, and pre-sales solution design support. Develop client technology roadmaps aligned to business goals and security best practice. Mentor team members and help build scalable, repeatable service offerings. Act as a senior escalation point for clients, vendors, and internal teams. Who You Are A senior Systems Consultant with strong MSP or client-facing experience. Confident communicator who can translate technical concepts into business value. Practical, solutions-focused, and comfortable leading high-risk or complex projects. Collaborative, accountable, and proactive, with a strong customer-first mindset. What We Are Looking For Deep Microsoft expertise across M365, Azure, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and hybrid infrastructure. Strong knowledge of networking, security, backup/recovery, and modern IT operations. Experience with solution architecture, project delivery, and pre-sales consulting. Current Microsoft certifications (or commitment to maintaining them). NZ work rights and a current driver’s licence; legal sector experience is a bonus.
