About OurRole We are seekinga highly organised, full-time administrator with a passion for quality, complianceand continuous improvement. As ourQuality & Compliance Coordinator you will support our Clinical Quality Managerand play a key role in maintaining and enhancing quality systems that underpinthe delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents. This roleprovides essential coordination, administration, and systems support acrossquality, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement activities. Keyresponsibilities include: Maintaining qualitymanagement systems, records, registers, and documentation. Supporting internal andexternal audits and accreditation requirements. Coordinating quality,risk and compliance activities and initiatives including action plans, internalprojects, reporting, and performance monitoring. Supporting thedevelopment, review, and implementation of policies and procedures. Providingadministrative support for quality and compliance activities, includingmeeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute taking, action tracking,and related communications. Building strong internaland external relationships across the organisation and providing guidanceto staff on quality systems, reporting processes, and compliancerequirements. Providing occasional reception support whenrequired. About You You are aproactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively toachieve positive outcomes and ensure systems operate effectively and compliancestandards are met. You willbring: Experience in a quality, compliance, administration,or similar coordination role preferably within healthcare, aged care, or arelated industry. Strong organisational and time management skills,with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high levelof accuracy and attention to detail. A high levelof computer literacy, using Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, databases and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation. A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with theability to handle confidential information professionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly,you will enjoy working with systems and processes, be committed to continuousimprovement and be motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful differencein the lives of residents, whānau, and colleagues every day.
