Will you be next to join us? We are looking for someone to take up an awesome and diverse container depot/washbay opportunity at Owens Tankers, Favona, Auckland. This one of a kind opportunity to operate state of the art equipment in New Zealands most modern wash facility. Owens tankers focuses on the transport of bulk liquids domestically and internationally, while liaising with internal Mainfreight and external customers. It will require a team player with a great attitude and the ability to multi task. The role will include but not be limited to: Empty Container/ISO tank handling ISO tank , road tanker & IBC washing Boiler operations Waste water monitoring The successful candidate should possess a variety of these skills: Strong attention to detail Highly organised Ability to work in a team environment The ability to work under pressure Self-motivated Strong work ethic In return for your hard work: Team member job security during uncertain times Competitive industry salary Discounted Southern Cross health insurance (opt-in) Experience with container handling in the transport/logistics industry is an advantage, but not a necessity. This is a very busy role for someone who likes to get involved and who is passionate about our business. The role is 45 hours a week, 5 Days per week, Monday to Friday.
