We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable HVAC Service & Installation Person to join our team and help keep TRIO delivering at the top of its game. About the Role This is a full-time HVAC Service & Installation position offering 40 hours per week , within a growing team. The role will suit someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in being the best at what they do. It is a hands‑on installation, service and maintenance role working across all types of HVAC systems. The role will bring variety to your days and offer the opportunity for job learning and professional development training. Key responsibilities may include: Installation of HVAC, HPHW and Air‑conditioning systems in a variety of commercial & residental sites. Servicing, fault‑finding, and repairing HVAC and heat pump systems Preventative maintenance of commercial sites and systems Breakdown response of HVAC, HWHP and Air‑conditioning Communicating with customers, team members and partners of TRIO Fitting in with a team that works together to execute works to a high level About You We’re looking for someone who has: Experience in HVAC servicing and maintenance Experience in the installation of HVAC systems Experience in or the drive to learn fault‑finding and diagnostic skills Current NZ driver’s licence Great communication and customer‑service skills Safety‑focused and reliable work ethics A positive team player who knows that culture at work makes it great Bonus skills: EST or limited electrical registration Commercial HVAC experience Refrigerant handling experience For a driven applicant who might not meet all these, the opportunity to learn the skills required for fault finding and repairs would be available!A keen attitude to learn is just as important as the skills you have.
