Position Overview The senior assistant manager education will oversee the development, implementation, and management of the Academy's educational programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences, aligning with the Academy's vision to promote healthy longevity. The role also includes leading the planning and execution of educational events that complement and enhance the Academy's learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Program Development and Management: Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs, ensuring they align with the Academy's mission and goals. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality content and educational experiences for a diverse audience. Curriculum Design: Work closely with faculty and subject matter experts to develop relevant, evidence-based curricula that integrate the latest research in healthy longevity, geroscience and geromedicine. Event Coordination: Plan and organize educational events, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences, ensuring smooth execution and a high level of participant engagement. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, students, industry professionals, and academic partners, to enhance educational offerings, collaborations, and event participation. Quality Assurance: Continuously assess the effectiveness of programs and events, gathering feedback and implementing improvements to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, impact, and learner satisfaction. Administrative Oversight: Manage the operational aspects of educational programs, including budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and logistics ensuring efficient and effective program delivery. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years in educational program management, preferably within a higher education or healthcare setting. Proven track record in curriculum development and event coordination.
