Full time Admin/Reception 80 hrs/week in Therapies Department Allied Health Hub Working across different departments such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Health Psychology Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders. About the Role In this role, youll provide vital administrative support to the Allied Health Hub, ensuring the smooth coordination of services such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Health Psychology, and the Allied Response Team. Youll play a key part in managing referrals, booking clinics, maintaining accurate data, and supporting communication between patients, whānau, and health professionals. Your ability to stay organised, manage multiple systems, and provide excellent customer service will help keep the hub running efficiently. Te Whatu Ora Taranaki employs approximately 350 allied health professionals across its services. Our team provides rehabilitation care across acute inpatient wards and non-acute outpatient settings as part of Allied Health, and were happy to support other teams to ensure their success. About you To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as an Administrator or a Receptionist as well as: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with clients and therapists Excellent time management, administration and computer skills Have a friendly and welcoming personality Ability to speak Te Reo is preferred, but the ability to learn Te Reo is welcomed Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred About Taranaki Do you want to work for an employer known for their focus on employee wellness?
