Fletcher Building is seeking a People & Performance Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based at the head office in Penrose with flexible working, you’ll broaden your recruitment delivery experience into HR advisory and operational support. You’ll support the Group Functions team with recruitment, HR administration, Workday processes, onboarding, offboarding and documentation, while working with the P&P Manager and Senior P&P Advisor to deliver a seamless employee and manager experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
