Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead the next phase of its technological evolution. This pivotal role goes beyond traditional IT management, as the CIO will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, directly influencing the long-term technology, systems, and digital strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the implementation of next-generation business and manufacturing systems, including MES, ERP, and customer-facing software platforms. A strong focus will be on process automation, integration, and reporting, with the aim of enhancing the company's scalability, capability, and competitive position. The ideal CIO for the company will be commercially minded, with a genuine interest in manufacturing environments and a deep understanding of factory operations. The role requires a leader who is comfortable engaging with all levels of the business, from production managers and operators to developers, analysts, and vendors. Strong program leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to drive practical outcomes in a fast-paced operational setting are essential.
