Field Service Technician

We are committed to combining world-class experience with local know-how. The role: Join TDX as a Field Service Technician and play a key role supporting customers across the region. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing construction equipment, ensuring customers receive reliable and efficient solutions. This is a hands-on role suited to a skilled technician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll work alongside a supportive team while representing a market-leading New Zealand-owned business. Responsibilities include: Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on construction equipment in the field and workshop Fault finding mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a range of equipment Providing quality customer service and clear communication with customers and the team Completing job documentation, reports, and warranty paperwork accurately What’s in it for you?
