About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Car Groomer (internally known as a Production Technician) to join our team at our Queenstown location. This is a full-time position based in Queenstown, Otago, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of our vehicle fleet. Key responsibilities Thoroughly clean and groom vehicles, including exterior washing, and polishing Perform interior detailing tasks such as vacuuming, upholstery cleaning and sanitisation Inspect vehicles for damage Enter accurate information into our in-house computer records system Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored Meet strict quality standards and deadlines to support the fleet turnover schedule Work efficiently to groom multiple vehicles daily whilst maintaining high standards Follow health and safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly Contribute to a clean and organized work environment What we're looking for Experience in vehicle detailing, car valeting or professional cleaning services. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work efficiently and meet daily grooming targets Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks including bending, lifting and working in various weather conditions Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and products A full driver's licence (restricted accepted as long as you can go for your Full in 6 months time) What we offer Birthday leave - have your birthday off on us!!! 5 free hire days per year, plus staff discounts! $200 GO Health Check, to spend on your health & wellbeing Monthly Birthday Celebrations.
