Calling All Butchers! Our vibrant and thriving butchery department is eagerly seeking a talented and passionate butcher to slice their way into our carnivorous hearts. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Butcher to join our team in a permanent full-time role. If you have had previous experience working in a butchery, then you know what we are looking for. We are looking for individuals who know how to handle a knife and contribute to the everyday running of our Butchery department. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: A self-motivated, punctual individual Shows a positive "can do" attitude and initiative Honest, hardworking & reliable to do their part for the benefit of the whole team Able to think on your feet and be responsive in a fast-paced environment where speed and Food Safety/Health & Safety are equally important. Be physically fit, healthy and able to lift up to 20kgs Knowledge and love for meat and a genuine passion for the trade Maintaining standards and have an eye for detail Great communicator and works well within a team Able to share a good joke or two What's in it for you?
