Tribe Group in Auckland is expanding its New Zealand team and is looking for three Customer Care Executives to join a supportive, fast-paced environment where customer service genuinely matters. You’ll manage inbound interactions across phone, email and live chat, provide product advice, troubleshooting and general enquiries, and support dealers with quotes, tracking, returns and credits.
